Rick Ross is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with NAI Koella | RM Moore and specializes in the brokerage of REITs and multi-family investment properties, representing both sellers and buyers. Background & Experience

Prior to joining R.M. Moore Real Estate and NAI, Rick was a Management Consultant and Principal with The Ross Group, assisting various professional service providers with their business and sales team development. In this role, Rick worked closely with general contractors, architects, engineers, CPAs, and a wide range of other business owners. This experience helped Rick develop a broad understanding of design, construction, maintenance, operations, accounting, and finance that he now applies to the commercial real estate market for the benefit of his clients. His problem-solving skills and the extent to which he gets involved in each deal he’s putting together really set him apart. Rick likes to participate in the entire process, from pre-marketing through exit strategy, and often helps his clients maximize their returns by going the extra mile, doing things others might not think of to increase values or lower costs. He understands the added value that can come from re-negotiating service contracts for large multi-family properties, for example, and isn’t shy about jumping in and being an asset to his clients by sharing his ideas and doing the legwork necessary to get the job done. Rick’s ultimate goal is to find solutions that benefit both sides of the deal so that both buyers and sellers can walk away from the table fully satisfied with the end result.

In 2016, Rick was ranked #66 among the top 100 National Sperry Van Ness Advisors, out of a total 850 advisors and has completed financial analysis coursework through the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute. In his free time, he enjoys attending East Tennessee cultural events with his wife and working on projects at home.
